The Gallery

A programme connecting generations, materials and places.

Marquesa Gallery opened in Madrid in October 2024 with Geometrías del Silencio by Santiago Serrano, curated by Mariano Navarro. From Carabanchel, its programme connects different generations and ways of working: from Serrano’s exploration of painting to Arik Levy’s sculpture, the narratives of Marcela Cantuária and the textile practices of Laura Segura and Lauren Januhowski.

Exhibitions, writing by curators and critics, and documentation of the artworks provide the context for each project. Our work with collectors begins with this understanding: getting to know an artist’s practice, their career and the particular work that will become part of a collection.
